• Access Credentials: Passcodes, PINs, or unlock patterns required to test, diagnose, or repair your device.
• Service Records: Repair history, diagnostic logs, parts replaced, and payment transaction details.

Your privacy regarding the contents of your device (photos, messages, documents, applications, and browsing history) is strictly respected:

• No File Browsing: Personal files are never accessed, opened, copied, or browsed unless explicitly requested as part of a service (e.g., data recovery, virus removal, or backup migration).
• Password Confidentiality: Any passcodes or access credentials provided are used strictly for diagnostic and testing purposes. Passcodes are never stored permanently and are deleted from local service records once the repair is complete and the device is returned.
• Data Backups: You are strongly encouraged to back up your device before handing it over for repair. While all reasonable care is taken, BryLabs Tech Repair is not liable for unintentional data loss resulting from hardware failure during testing or repair.

Collected information is strictly used to:

• Diagnose, repair, and test your electronic devices.
• Communicate with you regarding repair updates, quotes, and pickup notifications.
• Issue invoices and maintain basic accounting records.
• Follow up regarding repair quality.

• Outsourced Specialist Services: If a specialized repair requires sending a component to a third-party micro-soldering or recovery lab, you will be notified and explicit consent will be obtained prior to transferring the device.

• Request a copy of the personal contact details stored on file.
• Request the correction or deletion of your personal contact records (subject to legally required tax/accounting record retention).
• Request that all saved Wi-Fi networks or Bluetooth pairings made during testing be cleared from your device upon pickup.

• The request form asks for your name, email address, device type, and a description of what you need. A phone number, the device make and model, and the service you're interested in are optional.
• The form does not ask for passwords, PINs, or unlock codes, so please don't type them into it. Please ensure all passwords are given with the device.
• Requests are delivered to BryLabs Tech Repair by email through an email delivery provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. The website itself does not keep a copy of your request.
• This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
